Responsibilities
- ดูแลและบริหารจัดการอาคารชุดให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบและข้อบังคับ
- ประสานงานกับนิติบุคคล ผู้อยู่อาศัย และผู้รับเหมาในการบำรุงรักษาอาคาร
- ควบคุมดูแลงานซ่อมบำรุงระบบสาธารณูปโภคและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในอาคาร
- บริหารจัดการทีมงานผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา เช่น ธุรการ ช่างเทคนิคและพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย
- จัดทำรายงานการปฏิบัติงานและงบประมาณการใช้จ่ายของอาคาร
- รับเรื่องร้องเรียนและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการอยู่อาศัยและการใช้อาคาร
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบริหารจัดการอาคาร วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอาคารชุด หรือคอนโดมิเนียม 5-10 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกฎหมายอาคารและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทักษะการบริหารจัดการทีมและการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- หากมีใบอนุญาตผู้จัดการอาคาร (Building Manager License) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
