Responsibilities
- ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาระบบอาคารทั้งหมด เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา สุขาภิบาล และปรับอากาศ
- วางแผนและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของทีมช่างให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาภายนอกในการเข้าปฏิบัติงานซ่อมบำรุงและติดตั้งระบบต่างๆ
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาขัดข้องของระบบอาคาร รวมถึงงานซ่อมแซมทั่วไปภายในคอนโด
- จัดทำรายงานการซ่อมบำรุงประจำวัน/ประจำเดือน และบันทึกประวัติการทำงาน
- ควบคุมสต็อกอะไหล่และอุปกรณ์งานช่างให้เพียงพอและพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
Qualifications
- วุฒิประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) หรือประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) สาขาช่างไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานช่างอาคารอย่างน้อย 5 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าช่างหรือผู้ช่วยหัวหน้าช่าง
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบอาคารต่างๆ เป็นอย่างดี เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา และปรับอากาศ
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและตัดสินใจในการทำงานได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานในวันหยุด หรือนอกเวลาราชการได้ในกรณีฉุกเฉิน
