Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาระบบอาคารต่างๆ เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา และเครื่องปรับอากาศ
- ดำเนินการซ่อมแซมเบื้องต้นสำหรับงานระบบและอุปกรณ์ภายในอาคาร
- ตอบสนองและแก้ไขปัญหาเหตุขัดข้องทางเทคนิคที่เกิดขึ้นกับลูกบ้านอย่างรวดเร็ว
- จัดทำรายงานการตรวจสอบและซ่อมบำรุงประจำวันหรือตามรอบระยะเวลา
- ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาภายนอกสำหรับการซ่อมบำรุงใหญ่หรืองานติดตั้งใหม่
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช./ปวส. สาขาช่างไฟฟ้า ช่างกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานช่างอาคารหรือช่างประจำอาคาร 2-5 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา และเครื่องปรับอากาศเบื้องต้น
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือช่างพื้นฐานในการซ่อมบำรุงได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- มีใจบริการและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น
- หากมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพช่างจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
