Responsibilities
- ให้บริการลูกค้าด้วยความสุภาพ เป็นมิตร และเป็นมืออาชีพตามมาตรฐานของร้าน
- ต้อนรับลูกค้า แนะนำที่นั่ง และดูแลลูกค้าตลอดระยะเวลาการใช้บริการ
- รับคำสั่งอาหารและเครื่องดื่มอย่างถูกต้อง พร้อมให้คำแนะนำเมนูอาหารจีน
- ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับอาหารจีน รวมถึงเมนูแนะนำ เมนูซิกเนเจอร์ และวัตถุดิบ
- เสิร์ฟอาหารและเครื่องดื่มอย่างถูกต้องตามลำดับและมาตรฐานการบริการ
- ดูแลการเปลี่ยนจาน การแบ่งอาหาร (Food portioning) และบริการโต๊ะจีน (Chinese style service)
- ให้บริการชาจีน (Tea Service) และเครื่องดื่มอื่น ๆ ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของอาหารก่อนเสิร์ฟ
- จัดเตรียมโต๊ะอาหาร อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องใช้ให้พร้อมก่อนเปิดบริการ
- ตรวจสอบความสะอาดและความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ให้บริการ
- จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์เฉพาะ เช่น Lazy Susan, ช้อนกลาง, และถ้วยชา
- ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการให้บริการของร้านอย่างเคร่งครัด
- ประสานงานกับแผนกครัวและทีมงานเพื่อให้การบริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- สื่อสารคำสั่งพิเศษของลูกค้า เช่น ข้อจำกัดด้านอาหารหรืออาการแพ้ (Allergy) ให้กับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- มี Service Mind และบุคลิกภาพสุภาพเรียบร้อย
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี (ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ)
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
- หากมีความรู้ด้านอาหารจีนจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในร้านอาหารหรือโรงแรมจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในร้านอาหารจีนหรือ Fine Dining จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
