Responsibilities
- จัดเตรียมและผลิตกาแฟและเครื่องดื่มตามสูตรมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ควบคุมคุณภาพ รสชาติ และการนำเสนอเครื่องดื่มให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของร้าน
- ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของวัตถุดิบและอุปกรณ์สำหรับปฏิบัติงาน
- จัดเก็บวัตถุดิบตามหลัก FIFO (First In First Out)
- ต้อนรับและให้บริการลูกค้าด้วยความสุภาพ
- รับออเดอร์ แนะนำเมนู และตอบข้อซักถามของลูกค้า
- แก้ไขปัญหาและจัดการข้อร้องเรียนเบื้องต้นอย่างเหมาะสม
- สร้างความพึงพอใจและมอบประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้แก่ลูกค้า
- ดูแลความสะอาดของพื้นที่ทำงาน อุปกรณ์ และบริเวณร้าน
- ตรวจนับและเติมสต็อกวัตถุดิบให้เพียงพอต่อการขาย
- ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานด้านสุขอนามัยและความปลอดภัยของอาหาร
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมและการดำเนินงานของร้านตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุระหว่าง 25 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ม.6) ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในตำแหน่ง Barista อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
