Responsibilities
- จัดดอกไม้และตกแต่งสถานที่จัดงานตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- บริหารจัดการกระบวนการจัดดอกไม้และตกแต่ง เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผลงานตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
Qualifications
- บริหารจัดการและคำนวณต้นทุนดอกไม้สำหรับแต่ละงานให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณที่กำหนด
- ติดตามจำนวนลูกค้าและคาดการณ์ความต้องการของลูกค้าเพื่อการวางแผนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
- ถ่ายทอดความรู้และแนวทางการจัดการดอกไม้ให้ทีมงานสามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างสอดคล้องกัน
- ประสานงานการปฏิบัติงานทั้งภายในแผนกและกับแผนกอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
