Responsibilities
- Coordinate workstreams, meetings, action items, follow-up activities, and progress reporting.
- Prepare planning inputs, project documents, reports, presentations, and management updates.
- Track schedules, risks. issues, dependencies, decisions. and matters requiring escalation.
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants, public agencies, vendors, and relevant partners.
- Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Independently manage defined work package across urban planning, smart city initiatives, and project development.
- Support program and workstream planning, delivery coordination, and quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate project information, action logs, data, and documentation to support timely decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in urban planning, architecture, project development, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in urban planning, architecture, project devepment, or a related field.
- Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Hand-on and structured, with the ability to translate inputs into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Able to work across functions, manage competing priorities, and follow through on commitments.
- Working proficiency in English is preferred.
- Data analytics skills are an advantage.
- Problem-solving, prioritization, and attention to detail.
