Responsibilities

1. Brand & Marketing Management
• Manage the day-to-day marketing activities of The Coffee Group in alignment with the
brand direction and business objectives.
• Develop monthly marketing calendars and action plans aligned with sales targets, seasonality,
product launches and promotions.
• Manage campaign timelines and deliverables from briefing and artwork development through
production, launch and post-campaign review.
• Work closely with Operations and branch managers to ensure accurate and timely store-level
implementation.
2. Campaign & Sales-Driving Initiatives
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions designed to drive sales, transactions and
customer traffic.
• Analyse branch performance and customer behaviour to develop relevant local store marketing
initiatives.
• Propose promotional mechanics, bundles, seasonal campaigns and activities based on sales
performance and customer insights.
• Monitor campaign performance including revenue, redemption, traffic and customer response and
recommend improvements.
3. CRM & Customer Retention
• Plan and execute CRM initiatives to increase repeat purchase, customer retention and engagement.
• Support customer segmentation and targeted campaigns for different customer groups.
• Coordinate communications through LINE OA, loyalty programmes, vouchers and other CRM
channels.
• Monitor redemption, repeat visits, conversion and customer response to improve the customer
journey and future activities.
4. Digital & Social Media Coordination
• Coordinate with content teams, graphic designers, digital teams and agencies to develop marketing
communications.
• Prepare marketing briefs and review artwork, captions, promotional mechanics and campaign
information prior to publication.
• Ensure the content calendar is aligned with the marketing calendar and in-store activities.
• Monitor digital and social media performance and identify actionable insights.
5. In-store Marketing & POSM
• Plan and coordinate in-store marketing materials including menu inserts, table tents, posters, counter
displays, digital screens and other POSM.
• Verify pricing, promotional mechanics, campaign periods and terms and conditions before production
and publication.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure materials are installed and implemented correctly and on
time.
6. Mall, Partner & Local Store Marketing
• Coordinate with shopping malls and business partners for campaigns, privilege programmes and
promotional opportunities.
• Manage submissions, artwork, promotional details and required documentation within deadlines.
• Identify local marketing opportunities with nearby communities, offices, residential areas and partners
to drive store traffic.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership promotion performance.
7. Events, Workshops & Brand Activities
• Manage the execution of marketing events, coffee workshops, product activations and in-store
activities.
• Prepare event timelines, checklists and communication plans and coordinate relevant stakeholders.
• Support strategic collaborations and brand partnerships based on direction from the Brand /
Marketing Strategy function, from campaign preparation through on-ground execution.
• Prepare post-event and post-campaign reports.
8. Customer & Market Insights
• Monitor customer feedback across Google Reviews, social media, CRM channels and branch
feedback.
• Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour and marketing performance to identify opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, café / specialty coffee trends and relevant consumer behaviour.
• Translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations for the Marketing team and
Management.
9. Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Track campaign performance against agreed objectives and KPIs.
• Evaluate marketing activities based on revenue contribution, redemption, traffic, engagement and
ROI/ROAS where measurable.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide key learnings and recommendations.
10. Budget, Agency & Vendor Coordination
• Track marketing budgets and campaign expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production vendors, agencies and external partners.
• Obtain and compare quotations and manage production timelines.
• Coordinate marketing-related expense documentation with Accounting and Purchasing in accordance
with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,Business Administration,
  • Communications or a related field.
  •  Approximately 4–5 years of marketing experience; experience in

F&B, café, restaurant, hospitality, retail or lifestyle brands is highly
preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns from planning

through execution and performance review.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, CRM and

customer journey principles.
  • Ability to interpret basic sales and campaign data and translate

findings into actionable marketing decisions.
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage

multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint / Google

Workspace / Canva / Ai.
  • Good working proficiency in English.

Job Summary
The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day marketing ownership of The Coffee
Group, ensuring that marketing initiatives are effectively planned and executed in line
with the brand direction and business objectives. The role serves as the key marketing coordinator
across Marketing, Operations, branch teams, malls, business partners, agencies and suppliers, with
accountability for translating approved strategies into effective and measurable execution
Responsibilities
1. Brand & Marketing Management
• Manage the day-to-day marketing activities of The Coffee Group in alignment with the
brand direction and business objectives.
• Develop monthly marketing calendars and action plans aligned with sales targets, seasonality,
product launches and promotions.
• Manage campaign timelines and deliverables from briefing and artwork development through
production, launch and post-campaign review.
• Work closely with Operations and branch managers to ensure accurate and timely store-level
