Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการงานด้านอาคารสถานที่ ระบบสาธารณูปโภค และความปลอดภัยภายในคอนโดมิเนียม
- ควบคุมและดูแลทีมงาน (เช่น Building Attendant, Administrative, รปภ., แม่บ้าน, ช่างเทคนิค) ให้ปฏิบัติงานได้ตามมาตรฐาน
- วางแผนและควบคุมงบประมาณการบริหารอาคาร รวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายต่าง ๆ
- ประสานงานกับนิติบุคคล เจ้าของร่วม และผู้พักอาศัย เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและให้บริการ
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามการซ่อมบำรุงระบบต่าง ๆ ของอาคาร เช่น ไฟฟ้า ประปา ลิฟต์ และระบบความปลอดภัย
- ควบคุมผู้รับเหมาและผู้ให้บริการภายนอกให้ปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงและมาตรฐาน
- จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน และนำเสนอแก่ผู้บริหาร/คณะกรรมการนิติบุคคล
- ดูแลให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามกฎหมาย และข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาคารชุด
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารอาคาร คอนโดมิเนียม หรืออสังหาริมทรัพย์ อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
- มีทักษะในการบริหารทีมงาน และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความรู้ด้านระบบอาคาร (Building Systems) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการประสานงานที่ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ (Microsoft Office)
