Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบ ดูแล และบำรุงรักษาระบบวิศวกรรมภายในอาคาร เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา สุขาภิบาล และระบบปรับอากาศ
- ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์และเครื่องจักรประจำอาคารให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน
- แก้ไขปัญหาและซ่อมแซมงานระบบเบื้องต้นภายในห้องพักและพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง
- ตรวจสอบระบบไฟฟ้า แสงสว่าง ปั๊มน้ำ ระบบระบายน้ำ และอุปกรณ์สาธารณูปโภค
- ดูแลและติดตามงาน Preventive Maintenance (PM) ตามแผนที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานผู้รับเหมาและผู้ให้บริการภายนอกในกรณีงานซ่อมบำรุงเฉพาะทาง
- ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยและความปลอดภัยของพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง
- รับแจ้งและดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาจากลูกบ้าน พร้อมติดตามผลการซ่อม
- บันทึกข้อมูลการซ่อมบำรุง การตรวจสอบ และการใช้วัสดุอุปกรณ์
- ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและกฎระเบียบของอาคาร
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช. / ปวส. สาขาไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องกล เทคนิคการอาคาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านช่างอาคาร คอนโดมิเนียม โรงแรม อาคารสำนักงาน หรือธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน ระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา สุขาภิบาล และเครื่องกลอาคาร
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือช่างและอุปกรณ์ตรวจสอบระบบต่าง ๆ ได้
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแก้ไขงานซ่อมเบื้องต้นได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา และสามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- มีใจรักงานบริการ สามารถสื่อสารและประสานงานกับลูกบ้านได้ดี
- หากมีใบรับรองหรือใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานช่าง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
