Responsibilities
- ควบคุม ดูแล และวางแผนงานซ่อมบำรุงภายในคอนโดให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- บริหารทีมTechnician (ไฟฟ้า ประปา แอร์ ฯลฯ) พร้อมจัดตารางงานและมอบหมายงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ตรวจสอบสภาพอาคาร ระบบสาธารณูปโภค และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ อย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- วางแผนงานซ่อมบำรุงเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) เพื่อลดปัญหาในอนาคต
- ควบคุมคุณภาพงานซ่อมให้เสร็จตามเวลาและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานกับผู้จัดการอาคาร ผู้รับเหมา และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมงบประมาณงานซ่อมบำรุง รวมถึงสต๊อกอะไหล่
- ดูแลความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน และให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย/มาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า เช่น ระบบขัดข้อง หรือเหตุฉุกเฉินภายในอาคาร
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปงานซ่อมบำรุงและสถานะอาคาร
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปวส. – ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรม / ช่างเทคนิค ไฟฟ้า แมคคาทรอนิกส์ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานซ่อมบำรุงอาคาร/คอนโด อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์คุมทีมช่าง หรือเคยเป็นหัวหน้าช่าง
- มีความรู้ด้านระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา แอร์ และงานระบบอาคาร
- มีทักษะการวางแผน การแก้ปัญหา และการบริหารทีม
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ หรือ Standby กรณีฉุกเฉินได้
