Responsibilities
1.ควบคุมการปฏิบัติศูนย์วิทยุเมืองทองธานี ติดตามการประสานงานเรื่องการสื่อสารหน่วยงานภายในและหน่วยงานภายนอก และเรื่องเอกสารรายงานประจำวันและรายงานอุบัติเหตุหรือการบังคับล้อรถจอดผิดระเบียบ สรุปรายงานประจำวัน / รายงานประจำสัปดาห์ /รายงานประจำเดือน นำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชาตามลำดับชั้นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
2.ควบคุมติดตามเอกสารรายงานประจำวัน/ รายงานยอดรถประจำสัปดาห์ และประจำเดือน เจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์วิทยุเมืองทองธานี Outsource และเจ้าหน้าที่ CCTV Outsource และจัดเก็บเอกสารเป็นหมวดหมู่
3.ควบคุมการปฎิบัติงานของ Outsource ให้ตรงตามแผนงานจราจรและรักษาความปลอดภัยตามที่แผนกกำหนด และควบคุมการปฏิบัติให้ตรงตามข้อกำหนดTOR และอบรมชี้แจงภารกิจของ Outsource งานอาคารสถานที่เรื่องการให้บริการผู้เข้ามาใช้บริการ
4.ควบคุมการปฎิบัตงานของ Outsource ให้ตรงตามข้อกำหนดตามระบบมาตรฐาน มอก.22300, ISO
5.อบรมชี้แจงเพิ่มทักษะ ให้เข้าใจกิจกรรมการจัดแสดงงานของบริษัท เพื่อให้ตรงวัตถุประสงค์และเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ /จัดทำเอกสารการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่การจราจร และ รักษาความปลอดภัย City Management Traffic & Security
6.ควบคุมวางแผนจัดทำแผนงานจราจร ติดต่อประสานงาน และเข้าร่วมประชุมเพื่อวางแผนงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานภายใน-ภายนอกที่มีการจัดกิจกรรมจัดแสดงงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
7.จัดทำโปรแจค ที่ผู้บังคับบัญชาแผนกมอบหมาย และ กิจกรรมอื่นๆ / การปฏิบัติงานสามารถทดแทนกันภายในพื้นที่เมืองทองธานีได้ทุกกะการทำงานได้โดยไม่มีเงื่อนไข
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย อายุระหว่าง 25-40 ปี
- การศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานทางด้านการจราจร และความปลอดภัย 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Mircrosoft Office Excel / Power Point
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฏหมายความปลอดภัย หรือ พ.ร.บ. จราจร
