Responsibilities
- จัดทำใบขอซื้อสินค้าและบริการจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในองค์กรและบริษัทในกลุ่ม ผ่านระบบ ERP (AX2012)
- ดำเนินการสั่งซื้อสินค้าและบริการให้ถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนดและระเบียบการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง
- จัดทำใบขอราคาสำหรับสินค้าและบริการจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ ผ่านระบบ E-Work Order
- สั่งซื้อสินค้าและบริการให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลาที่ตกลงไว้
- กำหนดและควบคุมให้ผู้ขายจัดส่งสินค้าและบริการที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ลดต้นทุนสินค้าและบริการ (Cost Saving) ให้กับองค์กรตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำเกี่ยวกับงานจัดซื้อจัดจ้างแก่ทีมงานและผู้ใช้งานภายในองค์กร
- บันทึก รวบรวมข้อมูล และจัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขอซื้อและสั่งซื้อสินค้า/บริการ
- ควบคุมคุณภาพของผู้ขายและผู้ให้บริการให้ได้มาตรฐานและเหมาะสมกับองค์กร
- วิเคราะห์และประเมินผู้ขายและผู้ให้บริการได้อย่างถูกต้องตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
- ปฏิบัติงานด้วยความซื่อสัตย์ ละเอียดรอบคอบ และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารและรายงานก่อนนำส่ง
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- อายุระหว่าง 30-40 ปี
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า ในสาขาการบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการจัดซื้ออย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
- มีความรู้และทักษะในงานจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์เครื่องมือช่าง, อุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า และงานจัดจ้างบริการดูแลสวน
- สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft 365 ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพอใช้
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการสื่อสารที่ดี
