Responsibilities

1. ต้อนรับลูกค้า นัดหมายเข้าชมโครงการ

2. ให้ข้อมูลโครงการครบถ้วนทั้งช่องทาง Online และ Offline

3. ประสานงานกับธนาคารเรื่อง Pre-Approve และสินเชื่อบ้าน

4. ช่วยทำสัญญา-โอนกรรมสิทธิ์กับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

5. ประสานงานฝ่ายก่อสร้างและส่งมอบบ้าน

6. ส่งมอบเอกสาร กุญแจ และแนะนำบ้านให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจ

7. สำรวจตลาดและคู่แข่ง นำข้อมูลเสนอเพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์

8. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลลูกค้า จัดเก็บในระบบ CRM

9. รายงานยอดขาย และเข้าร่วมประชุมสรุปประจำสัปดาห์

10. ดูแลบ้านตัวอย่าง-สำนักงานขายให้สะอาดพร้อมใช้งาน

11. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามคำสั่งหัวหน้างาน

Qualifications

1. ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา

2. บุคลิกดี มีทักษะการพูด การขาย

3. รู้จักวิเคราะห์ตลาดและคู่แข่ง แก้ข้อโต้แย้งลูกค้าได้

4. มีความรู้ด้านสินเชื่อบ้าน (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

5. ขับรถได้/มีรถยนต์/หรือย้ายที่พักได้ตามโครงการ

6. มุ่งหวังรายได้จาก “ค่าคอมมิชชั่นสูง” (สูงสุด 0.35% หรือ ล้านละ 3,500 บาท)

7. สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ หยุดวันธรรมดา

8.มีประสบการณ์ขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ เช่น บ้านเดี่ยว มูลค่า 6 - 20 ล้าน พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
