Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์คุมทีมขายบ้านอย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในราคา 3-10 ล้านบานขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการวางแผนการตลาดการ บริหารยอดขายและการบริหารทีมงานขายทำให้ยอดขายไปถึงเป้าหมายที่บริษัทฯ ต้องเป้าหมาย
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์เพื่อหาแนวทางการขายใหม่ๆ และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- มีทักษะด้านการบริหารจัดการ การแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า ตลอดจนการบริหารความขัดแย้ง
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและสามารถทำงาน 6 วัน / สัปดาห์ ได้(หยุดวันธรรมดา)
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในงานขายได้
