New Business Development & Investment - AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited

• Identify and source new business and investment opportunities that can generate sustainable revenue and profitability

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to assess market potential, strategic fit, scalability, and risks

• Develop business models, revenue models, financial forecasts, and investment analyses, including ROI, NPV, and payback period

• Manage the financial performance of new ventures and investment portfolios, including budgets, profitability, cash flow, and returns against approved business cases

• Evaluate suitable investment structures, such as new business build, acquisition, joint venture, minority investment, or strategic partnership

• Prepare business cases and investment proposals for presentation to senior management and the Board to secure investment approval

• Lead the execution of approved initiatives, including pilot implementation, business launch, performance tracking, and coordination with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other relevant teams

• Monitor business and financial performance and recommend whether to scale, adjust, or discontinue each initiative

• Transition validated and operationally ready ventures to the appropriate operation team

• Continuously build and manage a pipeline of new business and investment opportunities

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Strategy, or a related field

• At least 3–5 years of experience in New Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Investment, Corporate Venture, M&A, Management Consulting, or a related field

• Strong experience in feasibility studies, business cases, financial modeling, and investment analysis

• Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to present recommendations to senior executives

• Good command of both written and spoken English

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, Power BI, or other BI tools is a plus
