Responsibilities
วางแผน ควบคุมดูแล และดำเนินการตรวจสอบภายในขององค์กร ทั้งในด้านการเงิน การดำเนินงาน และการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ (Financial, Operational, and Compliance Audit) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าระบบการควบคุมภายในของบริษัทมีความโปร่งใส มีประสิทธิภาพ ลดความเสี่ยง และสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของบริษัทตลอดจนข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย
Qualifications
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)
- วางแผนการตรวจสอบ: จัดทำแผนการตรวจสอบภายในประจำปี (Annual Audit Plan) โดยประเมินจากความเสี่ยงหลักขององค์กร (Risk-Based Audit)
- ควบคุมและดำเนินการตรวจสอบ: นำทีมเข้าตรวจสอบระบบการทำงานของแผนกต่างๆ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายงานทางการเงิน เอกสาร และกระบวนการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- ประเมินระบบควบคุมภายใน: วิเคราะห์และประเมินความเพียงพอ ประสิทธิภาพ ของระบบการควบคุมภายใน (Internal Control System) พร้อมทั้งเสนอแนะแนวทางการปรับปรุง
- จัดทำรายงานการตรวจสอบ: สรุปผลการตรวจสอบ ประเด็นความเสี่ยง และข้อเสนอแนะ (Audit Findings & Recommendations) เพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหารและคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบ (Audit Committee)
- ติดตามผล (Follow-up): ติดตามการปรับปรุงแก้ไขของหน่วยงานที่รับตรวจ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าได้มีการปฏิบัติตามข้อเสนอแนะอย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา
- พัฒนาทีมงาน: บริหารจัดการ พัฒนาทักษะ และให้คำแนะนำแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ในทีมตรวจสอบภายใน
