We love that you will…

• Manage training plan and update with key stakeholders

• Manage on registration and tracking records of trainee and training programs

• Estimate and plan material for training/ programs (practice skill)

• Update and manage of employee’s database, tracking and summary report of skill development

• Review training material in stocks and ensure for the effectiveness training

• Manage HRMS system by open-closed courses, key in time attendance, training records, and training request

• Registration of media file in system (training VDO, E-book and other learning resources)

• Support Pandora Production Academy projects and cross-function projects, Edutainment Centre and learning intervention activities

• Provide information for production academy project as requirement.

We love that you are…

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field.

• At least 2-3 years of work experience in data analysis.

• Proficient in computer, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables).

• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve issues efficiently.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
