Service Manager - LVD (Thailand) Limited

• Resolve technical problems related to standard, special, and CNC machine tool products and controls.
• Provide electrical and mechanical technical advice to customers and customer service representatives, utilizing technical manuals and engineering resources.
• Maintain all reference materials at the workstation in an organized manner to support assigned products effectively.
• Deliver technical training to regional service groups and customers on both new and existing equipment.
• Generate service technical bulletins to inform customer service representatives and other relevant parties of procedures, design modifications, or changes.
• Process spare parts orders as necessary.
• Plan service operations.
• Provide after-sales support.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

• Age between 35-45 years.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.
• A service-oriented mindset.
• Strong management skills.
