1. การประมาณราคาและต้นทุน

    1.1 วิเคราะห์แบบ ข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิค และข้อมูลโครงการเพื่อจัดทำประมาณราคางาน

    1.2 คำนวณต้นทุนของวัสดุ แรงงาน เครื่องจักร และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ

    1.3 จัดทำ BOQ (Bill of Quantities) และใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า

2. การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและการจัดทำรายงาน

    2.1 วิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการ รวมถึงกำหนดแนวทางในการลดต้นทุน

    2.2 จัดทำเอกสารสรุปประมาณราคาและนำเสนอข้อมูลต่อฝ่ายบริหารหรือทีมขาย

    2.3 ประสานงานกับแผนกจัดซื้อ เพื่อตรวจสอบราคาวัสดุและต้นทุนที่อัปเดตล่าสุด

3. การประสานงานกับทีม Project Engineer

    3.1 ทำงานร่วมกับทีมออกแบบ วิศวกรภาคสนาม และฝ่ายจัดซื้อเพื่อให้การประมาณราคาเป็นไปอย่างแม่นยำ

    3.2 ให้คำแนะนำด้านต้นทุนและแนวทางการเลือกใช้วัสดุที่เหมาะสมกับงบประมาณของโครงการ

    3.3 สนับสนุนทีมขายหรือทีมจัดซื้อในการเจรจากับซัพพลายเออร์หรือผู้รับเหมาย่อย

4. การติดตามต้นทุนโครงการ

    4.1 ตรวจสอบและติดตามต้นทุนจริงของโครงการเมื่อเริ่มดำเนินงาน เปรียบเทียบกับงบประมาณที่คาดการณ์ไว้

    4.2 วิเคราะห์ความคลาดเคลื่อนของต้นทุน และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขหากมีค่าใช้จ่ายเกินงบประมาณ
