Responsibilities
- ดำเนินการสรรหาและคัดเลือกผู้สมัครงานตามความต้องการของหน่วยงาน
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในเพื่อทำความเข้าใจความต้องการด้านบุคลากร
- จัดทำประกาศรับสมัครงานและเผยแพร่ผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น เว็บไซต์หางานและโซเชียลมีเดีย
- จัดการฐานข้อมูลผู้สมัคร นัดหมายการสัมภาษณ์ และสื่อสารผลการคัดเลือก
- วางแผนและจัดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรมพนักงานใหม่และพนักงานปัจจุบัน
- ประสานงานกับวิทยากรภายในและภายนอกสำหรับการฝึกอบรม
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการสรรหาและฝึกอบรม 1-5 ปี
- ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการสรรหาและเครื่องมือคัดเลือกบุคลากร
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้คนได้ดี
- ความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถบริหารจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

The Beginning
In the year 1969 Mr. Kachorndej Thangsuphanich marked a turning point of the material handling practice in Thailand with the premier introduction of “conveyor” which was the first in the country.
