Responsibilities
- Manage Quality Assurance activities, including product quality verification, quality procedures, work instructions, and corrective action programs.
- Investigate and resolve supplier and customer quality issues and complaints.
- Lead 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure effective problem resolution.
- Maintain and support IATF 16949 / Quality Management System requirements.
- Coordinate and support internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a key quality interface with customers, suppliers, and relevant quality/regulatory organizations.
- All other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering at a supervisory/management level.
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems and IATF 16949 / ISO/TS 16949.
- Experience in Automotive or PCB manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in Customer Complaint Handling, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
