Responsibilities
- Review and analyze customer design specifications
- Perform design modifications prior to production launch
- Prepare Manufacturing Instruction Sheets and Engineering Change Notices (ECN) for new and revised projects
- Define manufacturing processes and evaluate production capability
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of work experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Electronic Engineering
- Good command of English (TOEIC score will be an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing processes is a plus
- Strong communication, coordination, and data consolidation skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Proactive mindset, energetic personality, and good interpersonal skills
