Responsibilities
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to support and drive MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operating Supplies) operations. This role is critical in ensuring cost efficiency, system accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration while leading improvement initiatives and supporting strategic procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support machine-related projects and special assignments
• Manage and analyze AP & Consignment data to ensure departmental KPI achievement
• Consolidate and present departmental objectives and performance reports
• Prepare and monitor Cost Saving Reports (MRO)
• Handle Annual Price Negotiation Reports and vendor performance tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MTN, PD, USER, etc.)
• Support EcoVadis Audit and company sustainability initiatives
• Contribute to Annual Report (56-1 One Report)
• Participate in 5S Audit Team and continuous improvement programs
• Review and update Work Instructions (WI) for MRO processes
• Source and manage vendors for asset disposal (unused assets - Affiliated companies)
• Manage online job inspection system (IT-based)
• Support implementation of New PR System (K2)
• Operate Bidding System / K-BID / E-Price submission processes
• Conduct and analyze E-Survey results
• Maintain service codes in SAP (MM01)
• Update exchange rates in K2 for RFQ system
• Monitor and report PR & PO pending status
• Prepare custom reports and ad-hoc analysis as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in MRO, Procurement, or Maintenance support
• Strong knowledge of SAP (MM module) and procurement systems (e.g., K2 or similar)
• Experience in vendor management, bidding process, and cost control
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data management skills
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
