Responsibilities
- ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาระบบไฟฟ้าหลัก (MDB) และระบบพลังงานภายในบริษัทฯ
- ตรวจสอบการทำงานของระบบวิศวกรรมประกอบอาคาร เช่น ระบบปรับอากาศ ระบบสุขาภิบาล และระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัย
- แก้ไขปัญหาและซ่อมบำรุงเบื้องต้นสำหรับอุปกรณ์และระบบต่างๆ
- ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาและหน่วยงานภายนอกในการดำเนินงานซ่อมบำรุงตามแผน
- จัดทำบันทึกและรายงานการตรวจสอบ รวมถึงประวัติการซ่อมบำรุง
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิศวกรรมอาคารหรือ Facility Engineering 1-3 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบไฟฟ้า MDB และระบบพลังงาน
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคเบื้องต้น
- ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- หากมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม (ก.ว.) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
