Responsibilities
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated QA professional with strong leadership skills and a solid background in quality systems to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise engineers in handling customer complaints, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
• Oversee incoming material quality control and testing in compliance with customer requirements; coordinate cross-functional teams to support customer audits
• Manage calibration of measuring instruments and apply statistical tools (SPC) to control manufacturing processes; monitor and resolve production issues
• Supervise QA Laboratory operations and ensure testing complies with standards and supports problem investigation
• Develop and implement team capability improvement plans and monitor progress
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related fields
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, with supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (preferred)
• Experience in handling customer complaints and audits
• Familiar with quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Good command of English
Working Condition
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Alternate Saturdays)
• Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM
