Responsibilities
- ควบคุมและดูแลการทำงานของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนด
- ควบคุมกระบวนการตรวจสอบงานเพื่อให้ได้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพสูงสุด
- บริหารจัดการกำลังคนในแผนกให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณงานและการปฏิบัติงาน
- วางแผนการพัฒนาและฝึกอบรมให้กับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อควบคุมคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ได้ตามข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
- อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านคุณภาพในโรงงานผลิต PCB
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้
- มีภาวะการเป็นผู้นำ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
