Responsibilities
- ดูแล บำรุงรักษา และซ่อมแซมระบบ Exhaust และ Scrubber ให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
- ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของ Blower, Pump, Motor และอุปกรณ์ในระบบบำบัดอากาศ
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับระบบ Exhaust และ Scrubber อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำแผน PM (Preventive Maintenance) และดำเนินการตามแผนที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพน้ำยาเคมีที่ใช้ในระบบ Scrubber
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานผลิตและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการผลิตอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- จัดทำรายงานผลการซ่อมบำรุง และเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพระบบ
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล เมคคาทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการซ่อมบำรุงระบบ Exhaust, Scrubber หรือระบบ Facility ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถอ่านแบบ Mechanical Drawing, P&ID หรือ Wiring Diagram ได้
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Blower, Pump, Motor และระบบท่ออุตสาหกรรม
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงาน PCB หรืออุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
