Responsibilities
- ควบคุมดูแลการทดสอบและตรวจชิ้นงานหลังทดสอบให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย - ควบคุมการจัดลำดับการทดสอบให้สนับสนุนส่วนการผลิตได้ทันตามแผนการผลิต - ควบคุมการทดสอบเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่างานมีคุณภาพก่อนส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า - ควบคุมดูแลระบบ และวิธีการทดสอบให้ถูกต้อง และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน - จัดหาอุปกรณ์ , เครื่องทดสอบ และวัสดุที่เหมาะสม เพื่อปรับปรุงงานทดสอบ
Qualifications
- เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 28 - 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์, วิศวกรรมศาสตร์, วัสดุศาสตร์, เคมี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานทดสอบแผ่น PCB หรืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ อย่างน้อย 2 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างาน หรือ Supervisor อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการทดสอบทางกายภาพของแผ่น PCB เช่น Peel Strength, Thermal Shock, Cross Section, AOI, Solderability, Microsection, etc.
- มีความรู้ระบบคุณภาพ ISO 9001, IATF 16949 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถสื่อสารและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นได้ดี
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหา และตัดสินใจแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
