Responsibilities
- ควบคุม ดูแล และวางแผนงานซ่อมแซม ปรับปรุงอาคาร และสิ่งปลูกสร้างภายในโรงงาน
- บริหารและควบคุมโครงการก่อสร้าง ปรับปรุงอาคาร และงาน Facility ให้เป็นไปตามแผน
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ผู้รับเหมา และ Vendor ในการจัดหาอุปกรณ์ วัสดุ และบริการ
- จัดทำ BOQ, Scope of Work และ TOR สำหรับงานก่อสร้างและซ่อมบำรุง
- ควบคุมคุณภาพ ระยะเวลา และงบประมาณของโครงการ
- ตรวจรับงานผู้รับเหมา และติดตามการแก้ไขข้อบกพร่อง
- จัดทำ Preventive Maintenance สำหรับอาคารและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง
- วิเคราะห์และเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงอาคารเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุน
- ตรวจสอบให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและข้อกำหนดของบริษัท
- จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าและรายงานผลการดำเนินงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- การศึกษา
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Facility, Building Maintenance หรือ Building Project อย่างน้อย 2–5 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- งานซ่อมบำรุงอาคาร
- งานก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงอาคาร
- งานโครงสร้าง
- งานตกแต่งภายใน
- งานระบบประกอบอาคารเบื้องต้น
- การบริหารผู้รับเหมา
