Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการผลิตในส่วนงานการเจาะ (Drilling Process)
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่เกิดขึ้นในสายการผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเจาะ
- จัดทำเอกสารคู่มือการปฏิบัติงานมาตรฐาน (SOP) และรายงานทางเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับทีมผลิตและทีมซ่อมบำรุงเพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานของเครื่องจักร
- ดำเนินการทดสอบและประเมินผลการเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพ
- ดูแลให้กระบวนการผลิตเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยที่กำหนด
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 1-5 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรกระบวนการผลิต โดยเฉพาะในอุตสาหกรรมที่มีกระบวนการเจาะ
- มีความเข้าใจในหลักการทำงานของเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการเจาะ
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคในสายการผลิตได้ดี
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมผู้ปฏิบัติงานได้
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านมาตรฐานคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ทางวิศวกรรม (เช่น CAD) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
