Responsibilities
- ควบคุมดูแลและบำรุงรักษาระบบสาธารณูปโภคหลักของอาคาร เช่น ระบบทำความเย็น (Chiller / AHU), ระบบไฟฟ้า และระบบพลังงาน
- วางแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และแก้ไขปัญหา (Corrective Maintenance) สำหรับอุปกรณ์และระบบต่างๆ
- ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาและซัพพลายเออร์ภายนอกสำหรับการติดตั้ง ซ่อมแซม และบำรุงรักษา
- จัดทำรายงานการปฏิบัติงาน สรุปผลการตรวจสอบ และการใช้พลังงานประจำเดือน
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการทำงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาในทีมงานฝ่ายอาคาร
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงานของอาคารอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- รับผิดชอบการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการดูแลระบบอาคาร (Facility Management) 5-10 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจและประสบการณ์ตรงกับระบบทำความเย็น (Chiller / AHU), ระบบไฟฟ้า และระบบพลังงาน
- ทักษะการบริหารจัดการทีมงานและการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานและโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบำรุงรักษา
- ความเข้าใจในมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและข้อกำหนดด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม
- หากมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม (ก.ว.) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
