Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต VCP ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและหาสาเหตุของความผิดปกติในกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อปรับปรุง
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการ VCP เพื่อลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มผลผลิต
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานและปัญหาที่พบในแต่ละรอบการผลิต
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตและฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
- ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนความปลอดภัยและคุณภาพของกระบวนการอย่างเคร่งครัด
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเคมี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิศวกรรมกระบวนการผลิต 1-5 ปี โดยเฉพาะในกระบวนการ VCP
- มีความเข้าใจในหลักการและขั้นตอนของกระบวนการผลิตในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์จากโรงงานผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
