Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมระบบการทำงานของเครื่องจักรในกระบวนการ Wet Process
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance: PM)
- วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาและดำเนินการแก้ไขเครื่องจักรให้สามารถกลับมาใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- วางแผนและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายในการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณ
- วางแผนและบริหารกำลังคนในทีม Maintenance ให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณงาน
- ควบคุมและติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของทีมช่างให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต วิศวกรรม และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักร
- สนับสนุนและพัฒนาระบบงานซ่อมบำรุงเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลด Downtime
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี หรือ ปวส. สาขาไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักร และมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักรในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- มีความรู้ด้านระบบไฟฟ้า วงจรควบคุม และการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรเป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้ด้าน PLC และวงจรไฟฟ้า Star-Delta
- สามารถวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาและแก้ไขเครื่องจักรได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผนกำลังคนและบริหารทีมช่าง
- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถควบคุมและติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของทีมได้
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
