Responsibilities
- ควบคุมและดูแลกระบวนการผลิตประจำวันให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าในแต่ละขั้นตอนการผลิตตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- บริหารจัดการกำลังคนในสายการผลิตให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณงาน
- แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการผลิตและปัญหาที่พบประจำวัน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ การจัดการการผลิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานควบคุมการผลิตอย่างน้อย 1-8 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการผลิตและการควบคุมคุณภาพ
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานได้ดี
- ความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- ความรู้พื้นฐานด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม PCB จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
