Responsibilities
- กำกับดูแลและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานในสายการผลิต PTH ให้เป็นไปตามแผน
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ในแต่ละขั้นตอนการผลิตและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น
- บริหารจัดการและจัดสรรกำลังคนในทีมงานให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณงาน
- ฝึกอบรมพนักงานใหม่และพัฒนาทักษะพนักงานในทีมอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- จัดทำรายงานผลการผลิตประจำวันและรายงานปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
- ดูแลให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมเคมี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานควบคุมการผลิต 1-3 ปี โดยเฉพาะในกระบวนการ PTH
- มีความเข้าใจในมาตรฐานคุณภาพการผลิตและสามารถใช้เครื่องมือควบคุมคุณภาพได้
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นหัวหน้างาน หรือมีภาวะผู้นำ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
