Responsibilities

• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network.

• Source new client channels and key accounts.

• Provide end-to-end services for clients in a timely manner while also managing relationships.

• Coordinate and provide direction for customer service initiatives, working closely with the operations team and customers to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.

• Research and build relationships with new clients.

• Maintain and maximize the growth potential of existing key customers, responding to their needs, inquiries, and addressing any concerns.

• Support ad-hoc business development, sales strategy, and company activities.

• Present new products and services while enhancing existing relationships.

• Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions.

• Perform other assessments as requested by the CEO, relevant executives, or direct supervisors.

Qualifications

Age preferably 28-35 years
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business administration or other relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, public relations, or creating brand image
Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet
Enjoys learning new things in the field of digital marketing or online marketing technology
Communicates well in English (Toeic 500)
Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Possesses skills for statistical data analysis and data-based planning, development and improvement of marketing strategy
