Claims Services Assistant - Life / Non-Life (Officer - Specialist) - CHAZ Insurance Brokers Limited

• Assessment Health & Benefits (Life) / Property & Casualty (Non-Life) claims
• Fax claim service / Review all pending on daily basis
• Arranging end-to-end claim settling processes, follow-up and provide claim-related suggestions as well as procedures and status to clients
• Investigate in case suspect fraud / pre-existing
• Pre-admission and evaluation
• Review medical condition /
• Give information to customer and agent
• Negotiating settlements with insures and adjusters
• Building and maintain good client relations
• Co-operate with other internal departments to support overall operations
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor Degree or higher in any related field, if its in fields, it would be advantage (e.i.) Nursing, Health Science Fields, or related)  
• More 2 Year's Experience in Claims, Client Services Function (Insurance or Non-Insurance) is advantage
• Well command in spoken and written in English's Business Proficiency
• Excellent systems and PC skills
