Client Service Assistant (Property Casualty / Health & Benefits) - CHAZ Insurance Brokers Limited

• Customer Acquisition and Target Achievement:
• Identify and secure new customers to expand the client base.
• Achieve the sales targets set by the company.

• Manage and renew Employee Benefits accounts, fostering high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Group Insurance Promotion:

• Propose and promote group insurance products and service to clients.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with both existing and new customers.

• Prepare and present detailed summaries of insurance sales through all channels.
• Highlight and report challenges and obstacles to the supervisor.

• Ensure that service provision meets the company's targets and revenue goals.
• Align service delivery with company policies and standards.

• Monitor and control insurance sales activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations established by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC).

• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
