Medical Underwriter Manager - CHAZ Insurance Brokers Limited

• Provide technical guidance on business evaluation and acceptance in accordance with the program and acceptable business standards and ensure maintenance of sound underwriting standards and efficient process flows by apply the health reflexive questions.
• Provide medical expertise on complex underwriting case assessment, medical claim assessment and claims investigation.
• Manage Medical UW and HNW underwriting on virtual/telemedicine underwriting, develop underwriting protocol with reinsurer.
• Manage underwriting guideline and improve for underwriting quality.
• Support medical product development in terms of underwriting questions, medical necessity, morbidity and mortality experience input, medical research and insight.
• Ensure that underwriting & business development is comply with the insurance regulatory and industry requirements.
• Provide strong leadership by developing and effective and motivated team.

• Male/Female over age 30 years old above
• Bachelor Degree/higher in any related field, in Medical / Medical Technology / Nursing.
• Experience in technical knowledge on all classes of general insurance gained in a reputable organization at least 8 years in Life insurance business.
• Preferred over 5 years experience in any related field
• Good command in spoken and written English
• Good computer proficiency
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strategic mindset and positive attitude
