Client Service Assistant (Property Casualty / Health & Benefits) - CHAZ Insurance Brokers Limited

JOB PURPOSE: Acts as a liaison between clients and/or producing brokers and placing brokers to ensure new business, renewal and mid-term requirements are fully understood and best met through the provision of suitable cover, appropriate pricing and efficient servicing. 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition and Target Achievement:

Identify and secure new customers to expand the client base.

Achieve the sales targets set by the company.

Client Retention:

Manage and renew Employee Benefits accounts, fostering high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Group Insurance Promotion:

Propose and promote group insurance products and service to clients.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with both existing and new customers.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare and present detailed summaries of insurance sales through all channels.

Highlight and report challenges and obstacles to the supervisor.

Service Oversight:

Ensure that service provision meets the company's targets and revenue goals.

Align service delivery with company policies and standards.

Compliance Monitoring:

Monitor and control insurance sales activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations established by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC).

Additional Duties:

Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree/higher in Business Adminstrative, Marketing, or a related field.
