HR Recruitment (Internship) - Thai Air Asia Co.,Ltd.

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including screening and coordination
• Facilitate a positive candidate experience for online interviews and on-site interviews at Don Mueang International Airport, ensuring smooth interview logistics
• Prepare recruitment data summaries and hiring updates for events and management reporting
• Collaborate with regional recruitment teams and support Employer Branding (EB) projects
• Assist in creating employer branding content, newsletters, and campaign materials using Canva
• Support recruitment events, career fairs, and internal/external engagement activities as required

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) and fluency in Thai, able to collaborate with regional teams
• Familiar with Google Workspace and basic design tools such as Canva
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Professional, approachable, and comfortable coordinating with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Applicants must be available for a minimum of 3 months of internship
