Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบกำกับภาษีจากผู้ขาย และจัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ (Input VAT)
- จัดระเบียบและจัดเก็บเอกสารใบกำกับภาษีและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดเตรียมหนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย เพื่อส่งมอบให้ผู้ขาย
- สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบเอกสารด้านภาษีให้ถูกต้องและเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
- มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำรายงานภาษีและงานยื่นแบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับทีมภายในและผู้ขายในเรื่องเอกสารภาษี เพื่อให้การจัดการเอกสารภาษีเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
Qualifications
- กำลังศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี (ชั้นปีที่ 3–4) สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีความแม่นยำสูงในการจัดการข้อมูลตัวเลข
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านภาษี เช่น ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) และภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดี และมีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐาน (ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน)
- สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Excel และ Google Workspace ได้
- มีทักษะในการจัดการงานที่ดี และสามารถทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้
- สามารถฝึกงานได้อย่างน้อย 3 เดือน (ช่วงภาคฤดูร้อน มิถุนายน–สิงหาคม)
