Responsibilities
- แนะนำพนักงานเกี่ยวกับตัวเลือกสินเชื่อและขั้นตอนการยื่นกู้ รวมถึงดูแลการอนุมัติให้ถูกต้องและทันเวลา
- จัดการการเบิกจ่ายสินเชื่อ ติดตามการชำระหนี้ และจัดทำรายงาน
- ดูแลฐานข้อมูลสินเชื่อและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อประเมินความเสี่ยงและสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจทางการเงิน
- ดูแลให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของธนาคาร กฎหมาย และสหกรณ์ พร้อมประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ เพื่อให้การทำงานราบรื่น
- ติดตามและอัปเดตประเด็นต่างๆ และความคืบหน้า พร้อมจัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการประชุมทีมสหกรณ์ประจำสัปดาห์และประจำเดือน
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาการเงิน บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปีในสาขาสหกรณ์ สินเชื่อ หรือธนาคาร
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทยได้ดี ทั้งการเขียนและการพูด
- มีความสามารถใช้ MS Office และ G-Suite และคุ้นเคยกับระบบจัดการสินเชื่อ
- มีความเข้าใจด้านหลักการเงินและกระบวนการสินเชื่อเป็นอย่างดี พร้อมใส่ใจในรายละเอียดและความถูกต้อง
- สามารถบริหารงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกัน สื่อสารได้ชัดเจน และรักษาความลับของข้อมูลได้อย่างรอบคอบ
