Document Control Intern - Thai Air Asia Co.,Ltd.

OVERVIEW:

• Location: Donmueang International Airport

• Department: Operational Quality Assurance

• Entity: TAA Thai AirAsia

• Status: Internship

This role is to offer a holistic experience across the Quality Assurance Department, with a focus on Document Control. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in managing documents and interdepartmental liaison.

WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:

• Assist the Document Control team in uploading, updating, and tracking documents.

• Track document submission deadlines, following up with departments on pending approvals.

• Support the team in general administrative tasks, such as scanning, photocopying, and data entry.

• Prepare and organize documents needed for meetings, taking minutes when required.

• Develop a presentation on the topic of Document Control using Canva or PowerPoint.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Administration, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) and fluency in Thai.

• Proficient in common workplace tools, including Google Sheets, Canva, Email, and Calendar.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with structured processes and systems.

• Bring an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and collaborate well within a team.

• Internship duration will be discussed based on availability and academic commitments.
