Sales Manager (THAI KOLON COMPANY LIMITED) - MARSUN PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED

1. Responsible for achieving the company’s sales targets.
2. Set sales targets for sales staff and sales engineers.
3. Supervise sales staff and sales engineers.
4. Plan and execute various aspects of sales operations.
5. Develop sales strategies.
6. Maintain and build strong relationships with customers.
7. Manage and oversee the sales budget.
8. Motivate team members to work towards shared goals.
9. Develop and provide training to enhance the skills of sales staff and sales engineers.
10. Report monthly sales performance to the management.
11. Present sales operations and market trend information to the management.
12. Serve as a role model and inspire team members.
13. Work Monday to Friday.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field of engineering.
2. At least 3 years of experience in managing and supervising sales teams in industrial product sales as a Sales Manager.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies.
4. Proven experience in driving teams to meet and exceed goals.
5. Understanding of business needs and ability to build strong customer relationships.
6. Experience and skills in team management, with the ability to provide guidance to sales team members.
7. Good English speaking and writing skills (must have a TOEIC score of at least 550).
8. Strong leadership qualities, teamwork skills, analytical thinking, and sound decision-making ability.
9. Possess a valid driver’s license and own a personal vehicle.
10. Willingness to travel occasionally for work outside the province.
