Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome.
  • Manage and greet all guests professionally, monitor and resolve all requests and provide all required information.
  • Provide outstanding services and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Serve food and beverage for guests or customers.
  • Provide administrative supports as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
  • Preferably with 3 - 5 years experience in hotel or airline management, or customer services.
  • Good personality, service-minded, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (TOEIC > 500)
  • Additional foreign language capability is preferred
