🚀 What You’ll Do
  • Lead and drive workplace safety strategies aligned with company goals
  • Ensure full compliance with Thai safety & environmental laws and regulations
  • Develop and enhance occupational health & safety systems and processes
  • Identify risks, conduct risk assessments, and drive preventive actions
  • Analyze incidents and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead and manage the Safety team to achieve high performance
  • Facilitate Safety Committee meetings and collaborate with key stakeholders
  •  Oversee safety activities such as safety patrols and on-site inspections
  • Champion and promote a strong “Zero Accident” culture across the organization
  • Plan and deliver safety training and awareness programs for employees

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field (GPA > 3.00)
  • Certified Professional Safety Officer (จป.วิชาชีพ)
  • At least 10 years of experience in Safety & Environment, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Good command of English (TOEIC 500+)
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to drive team performance
