Responsibilities
- Lead and execute CSR strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Manage multiple CSR projects across various locations and communities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact
- Oversee CSR budgets with a focus on efficiency and transparency
- Monitor performance and optimize resource allocation across projects
- Build strong partnerships with communities, government agencies, and stakeholders
- Represent the organization in CSR events and public forums
- Drive internal CSR campaigns to boost employee participation
- Foster a strong culture of social responsibility across the organization
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing CSR team across locations
- Set clear KPIs and empower the team to deliver impactful results
- Track, evaluate, and report CSR performance and outcomes
- Turn insights into actionable improvements and strategic decisions
- Introduce new ideas, partnerships, and best practices in CSR & ESG

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Business Administration, Sustainability, or related fields
- 8–10 years of experience in CSR, Sustainability, Community Development, or related areas
- 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams and projects
- Experience managing multi-location projects and budgets
- Good command of English (TOEIC 600+ preferred)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
- Lead high-visibility CSR initiatives with real community impact
