Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate CSR leader to shape and drive our organization’s social impact strategy. In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives, engage communities, and inspire employees—creating sustainable value aligned with our business vision.

🎯 Strategic Leadership
  • Lead and execute CSR strategies aligned with corporate goals
  • Manage multiple CSR projects across various locations and communities
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact
💰 Budget & Resource Management
  • Oversee CSR budgets with a focus on efficiency and transparency
  • Monitor performance and optimize resource allocation across projects
🤝 Community & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong partnerships with communities, government agencies, and stakeholders
  • Represent the organization in CSR events and public forums
👥 Employee Engagement
  • Drive internal CSR campaigns to boost employee participation
  • Foster a strong culture of social responsibility across the organization
🌱 Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing CSR team across locations
  • Set clear KPIs and empower the team to deliver impactful results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Business Administration, Sustainability, or related fields
  • 8–10 years of experience in CSR, Sustainability, Community Development, or related areas
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams and projects
  • Experience managing multi-location projects and budgets
  • Good command of English (TOEIC 600+ preferred)
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
Work Location: AMATA City Chonburi Office
