🎯 Strategic Leadership
  • Lead and execute CSR strategies aligned with corporate goals
  • Manage multiple CSR projects across various locations and communities
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact
💰 Budget & Resource Management
  • Oversee CSR budgets with a focus on efficiency and transparency
  • Monitor performance and optimize resource allocation across projects
🤝 Community & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong partnerships with communities, government agencies, and stakeholders

👥 Employee Engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Business Administration, Sustainability, or related fields

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams and projects
  • Experience managing multi-location projects and budgets
  • Good command of English (TOEIC 600+ preferred)
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
Work Location: AMATA City Chonburi Office
