Responsibilities
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to take ownership of our cash operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, strengthening internal controls, and supporting business operations through efficient cash management.
🚀 What You’ll Do
💰 Cash Operations & Control
- Oversee daily cash handling activities: receipts, payments, deposits, and reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls across all transactions
- Monitor cash flow and maintain optimal cash balances for business operations
📊 Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare cash reports and support financial data analysis
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate records
🤝 Coordination & Support
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Audit, and cross-functional teams
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Handle escalated issues related to cashier operations and transactions
⚙️ Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve cash management processes and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in cashiering, treasury, or cash management (with supervisory experience)
- Strong knowledge of cash handling, reconciliation, and internal controls
- Experience with accounting systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus) and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity
- Good command of English (TOEIC ≥ 400)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
